[Fuel Web] ui does not work in safari

Fuel Ui does not work in safari.
In firefox and chrome works fine.
Safari version: 9.0.1 (11601.2.7.2)
Nailgun version: 8.0.0-7966.1.git37545d0

this bug is critical, because mac user don't have other browsers and it's impossible for them to use Fuel UI

@Alexandra: I attached the screenshot of Firefox, Lynx and Google Chrome running on a Mac. I can assure you there are OS X versions of Opera, Y-browser and even Amigo -- the best browser ever :)

We're waiting for version bump of node-ip library: https://github.com/indutny/node-ip/pull/47

If it isn't happened by the beginning of the next week, we'll fix it anyway, just in not so straightforward way like dependency version bump :)

    Update JS dependencies to fix various bugs

    - Update 'ip' to fix issue with Safari
    - Update webpack to fix sourcemaps generation with uglifyjs
    - Remove uglifyjs - it's a webpack dependency and shouldn't
      be used directly
