Bug Description

As active-backup bonding seems to be unstable (<email address hidden> had seen cases with bonding issues in current configuration) we should test round-robin variant.

If it proves to be more stable, we should switch to it.

Possible problems are mac addresses collision.

To check it I am going to run fuel-qa test with required bonding type

@Alex, please don't forget also leave some tests with active-backup mode, we still support it in product.

@Nastya, thanks for warning.

Test with params, equal to previously passed bonding job are failed.
I am postproning this to late 8.0, as it is not high priority.

for non-active-backup modes we shouldn't collect all bond's NICs into one bridge.
While such problem doesn't fix we should disable balance-rr bonding tests.

Reason: Simply replace rr and update libvirt networks does not work

The best way to test it - is to use tempates, as we need special configuration of interfaces on ci to test it.
