Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch VM with two ifaces(the first one with dhcp, the second one without) with fuel iso
2. Wait till fuel-menu appears
3. Go to "Network Setup" section
4. Enable eth1 and set DHCP configuration
5. Run check
Expected result:
Error: No DHCP servers found. Cannot enable DHCP
Actual result:
