Bug Description
Users are expecting that they can change settings on different pages and save them at the end, however fuel menu requires to save settings on every page *separately*
Best solution would be to add information about this at the bottom in status bar.

The status bar is used for context help for each field. Putting this "save before quitting" in the bottom bar will quickly get overwritten. We can set it as the default value and as the context help for menu items (the left column) quite easily.
The save at the end was not the initial design for Fuelmenu, and product management insisted that the "Save on each screen" is bad UX and would lead to users losing track of which stages were saved and result in frustration.
