Bug Description

We need to add auto test which checks that slaves could be successfully bootstrapped (and then provisioned/deployed) via non eth0 network interface. To do that in system tests we need to be able to prepare environment (fuel-devops) with customized networks/interface schema on nodes. So this task depends on blueprint template-based-virtual-devops-environments (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/template-based-virtual-devops-environments)

Moved to 9.0, because SCF is announced and new cases should be implemented only in 9.0.
