fuel-dev-tools fails after rsyncing static content to nginx container on non-standard port

Bug Description

Rsync is called two times, once without any arguments. This call caused fuel-dev-tools to crash.

NameError: name 'a' is not defined

    Remove second rsync to nginx container

    It was called without arguments, therefore it could not use custom port.
