[8.0-pkg-systest-ubuntu] Tests take too much time and are not user-friendly

Hello,

Could you please somehow decrease the time of testing ?
Or at least help with debugging it. It is not obvious what actually went wrong (deployment timeout or what [3]).
Because waiting for another ~4 hours in case of some connection/vm issues is not serious.

Tests are good, but they should be user-friendly IMO.

We run the same bvt_2 as we used for staging. This is a hard requirement for Packaging CI.
So debugging is similar to that of a Staging Duty - you take diagnostic snapshot and go through logs.

bvt takes 2,5 hours and this can not be decreased on CI side.
