Bug Description
Affects docs for 6.1, 7.0 (8.0 has all Centos' mentions removed by [0]).
We have a section in a planning guide describing a difference between CentOS and Ubuntu. Since we don't have CentOS anymore I propose to remove this section. Or it has to be adjusted at least because it contains an out-dated info [1]. There is no Vlan splinters problem anymore.

In the master branch, the 4300-linux- distro. rst file is not present, should I checkout the stable (v 7.0) branch and make my change, could you please help me out.
