murano dashboard configure application always returns to step 1

Bug Description

When I launch application via browser and configure application thru 2 or 3 steps (tried Telnet, MySQL server) it always returns me to step 1 after I complete it.

openstack installation was done via pip, used Firefox and Chrome on CentOS/Ubuntu, cleaned cookies

The reason of this bug is in using browser cookies as a session backend. It should be changed to database when murano is installed. Alexey, please verify that
