Bug Description

This is currently fixed by a rather unattractive patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/226764/

When this upstream Cliff bug is fixed (either by Fuel team or by Cliff team): [Last updated: 10 months ago] https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-cliff/+bug/1374579 we can change spec for python-fuelclient to simply put `fuel2 complete` result in bash_completion.d without any postprocessing.
