Bug Description

We need to set up fake branches for the following projects

review.fuel-infra.org:

projects openstack-neutron and openstack-neutron-build project:
  branch names - openstack-ci/fuel-7.0/2015.1.0-test-updates and openstack-ci/fuel-7.0/2015.1.0-test-updates-security-1
  based on openstack-ci/fuel-7.0/2015.1.0
packages/trusty/alembic:
  branch names - 7.0-test-updates and 7.0-test-updates-security-1
  based on 7.0
