Bug Description

I am using Ubuntu 15.
I have virtualbox setup for Fuel deployment as -

My Ubuntu Machine ---> Virtual Box ---> (Fuel Master VM + 6 Slave VMs)
Fuel version is 6.1

Internet access is both on My ubuntu machine as well as on Fuel master machine.

I was able to create local repo on my Fuel master VM.
I planned to make a local mos/ubuntu repo on my own ubuntu machine.

But my script got failed with following error -

Get:52 http://archive.ubuntu.com trusty-security/multiverse Translation-en [1,679 B]
Get:53 http://archive.ubuntu.com trusty-security/universe Translation-en [67.8 kB]
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com trusty/main Translation-en_US
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com trusty/multiverse Translation-en_US

 * FATAL: Cannot calculate list of dependencies
 * INFO: MOS mirror was created at: /var/www/nailgun/mos-ubuntu
 * INFO: In order to setup these repositories MANUALLY, you should
go to Fuel UI, choose your cluster and go to the 'Settings' tab
Replace the URI value for the following repositories:
         Repository "mos-updates" URI="deb http://10.20.0.2:8080/mos-ubuntu mos6.1-updates main restricted"
         Repository "mos-security" URI="deb http://10.20.0.2:8080/mos-ubuntu mos6.1-security main restricted"
         Repository "mos-holdback" URI="deb http://10.20.0.2:8080/mos-ubuntu mos6.1-holdback main restricted"

 * FATAL: Creation of Ubuntu mirror FAILED, check logs at /var/log/mirror-sync

From above we can see that -
After first "Fatal" --- "Cannot calculate list of dependencies",
script is notifying us to update repositories in Fuel UI.
This give unusual behaviour.

It should get exit just after Dependency failure. Unsuccess script should not notify to update repo.
