Bug Description
By default, "OpenStack debug logging" is unchecked.
But there are many useful logs for user when this checkbox is selected.
Sometimes user need to redeploy environment, for example, in case with failed deployment. And user may wish to select this checkbox but it is impossible because settings locked after first deployment.
I think that adding feature to check "OpenStack debug logging" after deployment would be a great feature for user.
