[UI] Floating ip fields crawl when assigned the several ranges

If put several ranges of floating ips we have strange picture in UI

Scenario:
  1. Create cluster
  2. Put several ranges of floating ips in CLI
  3. Look at network tab.

Just a question - are multiple floating ranges added via CLI supported by fuel-library? If so, why is this bug then not named "It is impossible to add multiple floating ranges via UI"

And if not, then it should be "Nailgun API allows adding multiple floating ranges". I'd prefer not to fix this bug as it is but rename it accodingly depending whether multiple floating ranges supported by fuel-library or not

I don't have the information about support this behavior by puppet. But, I've filed bug related to nailgun - https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1490578

AFIAC, multi floating ranges are not supported by puppet. Please see https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1371363

Closing this bug then. Please create another one - that nailgun allows adding multiple floating ranges.
