django_openstack_auth needs to be updated

django_openstack_auth package needs to be updated with translation files since they could be outdated in 7.0.

Translations files could be updated with this script: http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack-infra/project-config/tree/jenkins/scripts/propose_translation_update_django_openstack_auth.sh (please note that this script proposes translations into upstream). Scripts, which sourced in this script could be found here: https://github.com/openstack-infra/project-config/tree/master/jenkins/scripts.

The result of the script work should be look something like this: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/208826/

I plan to run the script https://github.com/openstack-infra/project-config/blob/master/jenkins/scripts/propose_translation_update.sh on the python-django-openstack-auth, then make a patch with all changes and add it to the specs.

On this week I will try to make fix only for 8.0. If it will success, I can start work for 7.0 updates.

Won't Fix for 7.0-updates - as the changes contain translations from English to other languages and there is no customer demand for these translations.
