ubuntu bootstrap: boot fails with some hardware

I've tried ubuntu bootstrap with 7.0-139 build. For that I performed the following command on fuel node:
fuel-bootstrap-image-set ubuntu
One from 6 baremetal nodes couldn't be booted (ipmi screen shot is attached).

rebooted the failed node. The same result.

    Ubuntu bootstrap: reboot on boot failure

    By default the initramfs starts an interactive shell if the root
    filesystem image can't be downloaded. This behaviour is not suitable
    for Fuel, so tell the initramfs to reboot.

this bug is about). Reopening.

Can't reproduce with the same build (7.0-139). Mark it as incomplete. Reopen if reproduce
