Fuel migrate doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create cluster with 1 controller and 1 compute and NeutronVlan
2. fuel-migrate node-2(compute)

Expected result:
New master node

Actual result:
Fuel migrate on VM doesn't work

Latest strings in /var/log/fuel-migrate.log
Superblock backups stored on blocks:
 32768, 98304, 163840, 229376, 294912, 819200, 884736, 1605632, 2654208,
 4096000, 7962624, 11239424

Writing inode tables: 287/385

Little other look at this bug

We have KVM host with VMs, which use nested visualization.

On the compute node (VM) working we start inside VM and start performing data sync between this vm and other on the host-kvm. After some time connections between compute node and other nodes breaks, also VMs running inside compute become inaccessible too. compute also stops respond to keyboard. But top started in console still working.

Bug is not reproduced on environment with hardware compute.
