fuel-createmirror does not accept passwords with spaces

The fuel-createmirror script does not encloses the fuel admin password with quotes, so any password containing spaces will not work and give a fuel backend connection failure error message.

Just need to enclose $FUEL_ADMIN_PASS with quotes on line 154

Looks like the best person to do this is the author of this script (Vitaly Parakhin). Besides this script is not available on git repo (only as a tarball).
