Bug Description
When we deploy node we run puppets manifests and each manifest is run one by one but some of them can be run at the same time.
If we will have possibility to make this kind of dependency which allow us to run few puppet manifest at the same time we can reduce time need to deploy MOS.

I am not sure this is possible. For example how are we going to install simultaneously something, apt-get will be locked from first manifest. But I am passing it to the wish-list.
