Bug Description
I am trying to setup a OpenStack env with Ceph Cluster using Fuel 6.0 on CloudX environment (with Mellanox 40G NIC cards & Mellanox switch). I am seeing the following issues:
- nodes randomly fail to come up - they fail to bootup (they stay in offline mode) - when I see this condition, I observe that Mellanox NIC card to be off i.e., no LEDs on. When I see this condition, Open Stack install fails with a timeout error
- when I power off/on the node (server), sometimes the node recovers, but not all the time. I have had to try powering on/off nodes several times to get all of them to come up
- same issue is seen with Ceph nodes as well - some disks don't come up
Using Fuel6.0 tool

It seems like STP problem. I would check switch configuration.
