Git package is needed there, please fix it

Also, rpm-build package is missed too. Both packages are used in the SWARM plugin tests

I wonder why do we build something during SWARM tests? Why do we git checkout during SWARM tests? It's only tests. It should test environment but not change it somehow.
This workflow looks terribly wrong.

There is no info about this. but now I create the test for this feature and need to use plugin builder. Will create it in nailgun container because there was necessary packages in the mirrors. No problem to build it not inside the container, but there are no packages in the mirrors outside the nailgun. And this bug is block creation of the test for the blocker feature.
