Allow to do not use CPU 'host-model'
In some cases 'host-model' mode for CPU settings may cause kernel panics.
To fix this issue new setting DRIVER_USE_HOST_CPU was added.
If enabled (by default) 'host-model' is used, if disabled default mode
(which is "custom") is used.
