Bug Description
Hi!
The build process would be really improved a lot if we could use an approx debian package proxy mirror, rather than trying to download from yandex.ru, which can by the way go down. If we were using approx, then there would be no problem even with the mirror being down. Approx typically requires about 10 to 20 gigs of HDD space, and reduces network access so much. I have been using it in production and ... on my laptop for YEARS, without any issue.
