Bug Description

UI issues in the 'Zabbix for Fuel' section.

1. Fields are not aligned by left side
2. First letter in each label should be in Upper case.

Olesia, could you please provide a build info, where the issue was figured out? Looks like it's Fuel 6.1 web interface.

P.S. UI doesn't control a case of setting labels. This is up to developer, who introduces the setting structure and its texts.

Folks, we need to understand if the issue is related to Zabbix plugin or not.

A case of the labels is up to the plugin developers.

The spacing issue refers to Fuel UI team, but if I understand correctly, 6.1 Low issues are not going to be fixed because of Fuel 6.1 has been released.

In 7.0 master Settings tab has a different markup, so this spacing issue is not reproduced in 7.0
