Send daemonize error output to puppet log

Let's set "daemonize" to save the the stderr of the puppet process to a log file.

add:

-e /var/log/puppet-error.log

to the daemonize command options https://github.com/stackforge/fuel-astute/blob/master/mcagents/puppetd.rb#L42

Add /var/log/puppet-error.log to Rsyslog
Add /var/log/puppet-error.log to the shotgun log snapshot

Make this change in the puppet MCO agent

Also we need add this log to Rsyslog and Shotgun.

Let move it to 8.0

That log contains puppet-error.log, but it has 0 size.
