Incorrect default setting in new environments with ceph

Incorrect default setting in new environments when use Ceph for Cinder and Glance
Steps:
1. Create new environments in Fuel-UI with Ceph backend for Cinder and Glance
2. Assign role for node - Storage OSD

Expected result: Storage OSD role assign to node

Actual result:
Can't assign Ceph OSD role to nodes.
In In Settings tab We see:
Checkbox "Cinder LVM over iSCSI for volumes" on by default.

I also got this bug on 395th iso.

Did you get any errors in configuration wizard? Like "Your OpenStack environment has been created, but configuration failed. You can configure it manually."

Yes, i got. But I think it's another bug in fuel-qa - https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1449026.

I'm working with ISO 412 and I can't reproduce this.

Couldn't reproduce the issue on #414 iso.
