Add image build log on UI

    Send info about error hook without '.'

    Also:

    - give tips for user where he can find image build log;
    - fix tests.

adding a particular file into logs on UI is not a problem at all.

the only challenge is that image build log is hiding under fuel-agent-env-{cluster_id}.log filename.

so, the log file name should be filled real cluster_id. Tricky

This is a feature request. Removing from the Mitaka release because we don't backport patches of this kind.
