[docs] Devops docs is outdate after merging patch with manual manipulation of environment

Our devops docs outdated since we merged new feature which added ability for manual manipulation of devops environment. So we need to update docs.

It belongs to http://docs.mirantis.com/fuel-dev/devops.html , part 3.3.3. It is necessary to add information about the password for created user. What password we need to set for user.
