Bug Description

In 6.1 for QEMU\KVM + Vcenter used use_vcenter(true).For QEMU\KVM used use_vcenter(false). libvirt_type(vcenter) not used for deploy with vcenter.

'Fix Comitted' is used only when corresponding change was merged. If it's still in gerrit on review, it should stay "In Progress" as it is automatically set by "OpenStack Infra" bot.

Also in bug description "Subj" do not tell much. You could at least point out why it is outdated now.
