Bug Description
Problem:
Currently scripts in fuel-qa/ repository save diagnostic snapshot with extensions '.tar.gz',
but actually data that is written in file is produced by 'xz' compression utility.
Expected result:
diagnostic snapshot is saves as fail_....tar.xz
Actual result:
Snapshot name misleads user. It is named like 'fail_....tar.gz'.
