Resolv.conf in Ubuntu is not updated

Resolv.conf in Ubuntu is not updated in proper way.

Normally it is managed by resolvconf service and is not supposed to be changed manually, only through files in "/etc/resolvconf/".

What approach should be used?

As we talked with Sergii, we must use approach with using resolvconf service and fetch info from head/tail/base files under /etc/resolvconf directory

    Create /etc/resolv.conf as a link

    resolvconf service manages /run/resolvconf/resolv.conf by default on
    Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04. resolv.conf should be symlink to it.

This bug doesn't affect 6.0, because we are using different resolv conf management there.
