If user partially fulfills the following requirements: floating IP range is from Public subnet but overlaps with Public IP range for nodes - Network verification shows a message with confused terminology: http://goo.gl/69mmmL. "Public" network is not capitalized and "external" network notion seems out of date.

Suggestion for message text: "Currently entered Floating IP range is within Public CIDR, but overlaps with Public IP range for nodes - please fix the overlap"

Networks names are not capitalized anywhere amongst these messages because networks names in DB are in lower case. afaic, it is better to emphasize them with quotes rather than with capital letters.
