We need to delete /etc/fuel/client/config.yaml

We need to delete from master /etc/fuel/client/config.yaml from building of the ISO because we already do have default settings in python-fuelclient package.
Currently with this file we have warning message:
DEPRECATION WARNING: file /etc/fuel/client/config.yaml is found and will be used as a source for settings. However, it deprecated and will not be used by default in the ongoing version of python-fuelclient.

Or alternatively add in bash.rc
export FUELCLIENT_CUSTOM_SETTINGS=/etc/fuel/client/config.yaml

    Dim default settings file deprecation warning

    There's no reason to show it, if FUELCLIENT_CUSTOM_SETTINGS
    variable is already set and the problem won't happen after
    the actual deprecation.
