Bug Description

Flavor's "ephemeral" info isn't exported into csv

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy any 6.1 cluster
2. Create flavor with ephemeral disk equal to 1 gb
3. Send stat to collector
4. Export flavors to csv from collector db

Expected - flavor's epehemeral disk is 1 gb in exported data
Actual - flavor's epehemeral 'flavor.OS-FLV-EXT-DATA:ephemeral' is empty in report
