Bug Description

Right now looking at the comment with link to the built package, like that one
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mos/+bug/1414626/comments/2

it is impossible to understand patch set number from which the package was created (1st patchset, 2nd, etc). I propose to add the number to the 'Changeset' field and display it like that:
https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/2519/3

Here '3' is patch set number. The link is browsable and will lead to the correct patch set.

Because URL on specified format is not opens patchset that needed, I propose more simply implemented solution.
