Public still shows as a network in Configure Interfaces for Computes even when disabled in settings

Using 6.0, Settings "Assign public networks to all nodes" is unchecked. Created environment, add node as a compute node. Configure interfaces and there is still a "Public" network listed that needs to be assigned somewhere. When you have a compute with a limited number of interfaces (4) and you're using untagged networks, you're stuck because you have to put "Public" somewhere.

It does not break deployment. It relates on feature that was moved from 7.0. Moving to 8.0.

    Don't add public network to all nodes

    In default setup we should not assign public ip to all nodes.
    Just to ones with controller role. So we filter out public ip
    network for nodes that should not have it.
