Bug Description
* Happens on Mellanox deployments using Mellanox ConnectX-3 HCA.
* When deleting few instances simultaneously which are located on the same compute node the host loses its network connectivity.
* Reproduced on versions 5.1 & 5.1.1 which both install the same FW version.
* The immediate work around is rebooting the host to regain network connectivity.
* To solve the issue upgrade the ConnectX-3 FW version to the latest & restart the openibd service.
* This will be added to 5.1 and 5.1.1 release notes.

Rebooting the host does not sound like good workaround. Do you have root cause for this so we could work on less intrusive workaround?
