Bug Description
there are some cases when working with the yaml file upload, download and it is worth wile to be able compare what is returned by the api vs what was on the filesystem
some uses of this are
user has custom data and wanted to compare how current cluster differes
user has uploaded custom data and wanted to validate it took (this is sometimes necessary if api swallows errors)
usage would look like
fuel --env 1 network --download
<make changes>
fuel --env 1 network --upload
fuel --env 1 network --compare
