[Devops] Run upgrade and rollback jobs with modified keystone password

We need to run our upgrade jobs with modified keystone password
So, please, add next export to jobs - export KEYSTONE_PASSWORD=newpass
List of the jobs we need to add it:

6.0.system_test.CentOS.ceph_multinode_compact.upgrade
6.0.system_test.CentOS.deploy_neutron_gre.rollback
6.0.system_test.Ubuntu.deploy_neutron_gre_ha.rollback
6.0.system_test.Ubuntu.deploy_neutron_gre_ha.upgrade

I modified 6.0 jobs

but I will leave the bug open for 6.1 series because we need this changes to be reflected in Jenkins Job Builder

Has something changed since the time it was created or we should add these variables to the same set of 6.1 upgrades tests?

Aleksandra, can you also make a fix for 6.1 upgrade jobs as related to this bug ?
we have problems with cutting release version for 6.0
this line `basename $ISO_PATH | cut -d '-' -f 2` returns '6.0.iso' but it should be 6.0

Run upgrade and rollback jobs with modified keystone password

Changes:
 - Added export KEYSTONE_PASSWORD=newpass into
   some 6.1 & 7.0 upgrade/rollback jobs
