I've taken source from RPM package, so names are a little bit different.

OFED version is 2.3-2.0.0, for the mirantis build I've added the _5 which should have been _1, we will increment this on each mirantis build for that specific version for distinguishing between your builds.
So let's agree on: version=2.3, release=2.0.0.1 (unless you have another suggestion)

Please publish a link to the public repo (http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/repos/) when it's done, I'll test the packages.
