categorize logs for master node by each cluster

All logs in master node look the same from each cluster view.
In fact, each cluster should only see logs that related to it in master logs.

Instead of closing particular bugs created, let's keep them along with the feature. Feature can be large, whether in general bug can address one small single issue.
Re-reading the bug description, I understood that it's only about UI. Initially I thought about diagnostic snapshot, which is a way larger issue right now (it generates too much data for all envs, instead of single one of interest).

It can be easily acieved if we just will create directories in /var/log/docker-logs/remote/<cluster_name>, where we could create symlinks to nodes in /var/log/docker-logs/remote/<node-name>.
