There are rules put into iptables on the controllers in order to allow access to the RabbitMQ Management Plugin interface, however the port referenced is 55672 which is the port for RabbitMQ prior to v3. Mirantis OpenStack/Fuel uses RabbitMQ 3.3+ in Fuel 5.1 so the port should be changed to 15672 as per https:/
