Sometimes, when deploying openstack with vCenter+glance, the Fuel could not load the image in glance and deploy fails. This bug is floating. I watched it in approximately 20% of cases, the system was CentOS and it does not depend on the Deployment Mode. Astute says that "Upload cirros "TestVM" image failed", but the directory for glance is created and it has two images.
