Remove "fuelweb" from repo paths

We need to remove "fuelweb" word in repo path, since it's legacy and isn't used in repos inside upgrade tarball.

It could be done by next steps:

1. Remove fuelweb from iso/ks.template

2. Remove fuelweb from Dockerfiles (iso/docker/*/Dockerfile)

3. Remove fuelweb from our puppets

We need to resolve this issue for diff-based repos, since it's more easy to specify path to base repo when we know exactly where it's located, instead of trying to predict.
