Bug Description
If a deployment is unsuccessful for some reasons but Puppet have been running, or if a deployment is stopped or resetted, an NSX cluster can have Openstack nodes registered as NSX Hypervisor nodes. This will prevent re-registration of nodes again during redeployment, and an OVS bridge 'br-int' will not be configured properly. We need to document that and provide steps 'how to clean up an NSX cluster before redeployment'.
