Bug Description
1. Invoke Fuelmenu during the master node installation.
2. Set overlapping IP ranges between Static and DHCP ranges in PXE Setup section.
3. Apply settings, run checks and finally exit Fuelmenu with Save settings.
Actual result - Fuelmenu applies range settings and exits without any warning.
Expected results - Fuelmenu should not allow Static and DHCP IP address ranges overlapping.
