Bug Description

Murano tests periodically fail because of small timeout on test or ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='10.108.1.2', port=8774): Max retries exceeded with url: /v2/b1e33bd79ebd48a99e9e3078ebda93ce/images/detail (Caused by <class 'socket.error'>: [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer
