Bug Description

Deploynment compute node failed with error 'Neutron with VMware NSX plugin' network settings, compute node receives an error with puppets 'Puppet (err): invalid address at /etc/puppet/modules/plugin_neutronnsx/manifests/init.pp:31 on node node-7.domain.tld' when settings 'Neutron with VMware NSX plugin' was choosed in Fuel UI.
