corosync network verification is still available to configure even though it's supposed to be disabled in 5.1

on the cluster settings page the configuration item for corosync network verification but we have disabled this task as it was buggy. It should be hidden or removed from the UI

Actually, it's set from code now:

I'm not sure is it required to change anything besides nailgun to not break anything.

    Hide multicast related attributes

    Attributes for multicast should be hidden for user
    because multicast verification is disabled for 5.1

    I prefer not to delete it to avoid additional data
    migration in 6.0 release
