Bug Description

5.1 w/o public network on Compute/Cinder (http://jenkins-product.srt.mirantis.net:8080/view/custom_iso/job/custom_master_iso/34)

Env: simple, gre, cinder, 1 ctrl + 1 cind/comp

Volumes do not work because cinder uses public network.

    User internalURL for interaction with volume api

    Currently nova compute uses publicURLs for communication with
    cinder api. This prevents from removing public ips from compute nodes

    - Add additional params to nova_config,
      cinder_catalog_option=volume.cinder.internalURL
